Antec 1200 Owners

I don't think there's a good way to do that. You would probably have to screw the smaller fan(s) directly to the screen, or fabricate your own mounting bracket. Unless you broke the 200mm fan, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to replace it, anyway-- especially not with a noisier and less effective 120mm.
 
The 200mm fan is quiet and pushes a good amount of air on its lowest setting. If it breaks on its own, Antec would likely send you a new one for free. If you break it yourself, you should be honest.

Your best bet is to keep it installed unless you've got some good modding skills. I see no need to use smaller fans though.
