Antarctica Cooler and DS3

When trying to mount my Antarctica cooler(from a Waterchill Xternal Kit) to my DS3 (rev 3.3) the copper base seems to not fit properly due to 4 capacitors right above the CPU socket. Has anyone else expereienced this issue? Am I going to need to purchase a new waterblock for my CPU? If so I'm open to suggestions. Also, I'm on the east coast so I need some place with quick delivery!
