So they said it would be shipping in August but I still cant find it any where. I am really hoping it comes at a reasonable price. Its a drive that uses RAM and has a battery for backup, in the event of power failure it will even backup to an optional SSD you can put in.

This would be a great drive for the OS and a game or 2, due to its small size.

It is comparible to the gigbit iRAM drive which only cost $120. But this version is SATA 3.0gbs and it should always be able to cap out that SATA bandwidth, unlike other HDD and SSD.

I am posting this here because a search didn't show any results. I would love to see HardOCP review it when it becomes available.
