Proposed system, will it fit? (I will NOT be overclocking)...

Case: X-Gene HTPC
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
MoBo: ASUS P5B-VM
CPU Fan: Thermaltake Blue Orb II
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ES 400GB SATAII
Optical Drive: LG GSA-H22L (2 of them...symmetry - my quirk)
Video: EVGA 8800GTX
PSU: Silverstone DA750 or OP750 or PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad
 
I do not think the PSU will fit, either choice you have made.

I think the 8800gtx will fit if you remove the hard drive bracket and then you will have to mount the hard drive under the optical drives.

I think there is another thread with pictures, probably DWorley posted it.
 
Should have clearance similar to the X-Qpack, so if the PSU fits, it will be extremely tight. If the PSU does fit, the Silverstone will have some of it's modular connectors blocked off.

On the 8800GTX, I would be worried about the power connectors. You might have to drill some holes.
