I've been searching for the best card for under $200 and there seems to be so many options.

I've narrowed the search down to this:

Sapphire Radeon 9600XT-128MB-Bulk-$158
Sapphire Radeon 9600Pro-128MB-Bulk-$149
Sapphire Radeon 9800SE-128MB-Bulk-$152

Which of these would be considered the best?

Is there another card under $200 that performs better than these?
