another "solve my problem for me"

I tried searching and wasnt able to find what I needed.. have a lan party comin up in a few weeks and I need of switch either a 16 or 24 port .. mostly gaming not much file sharing but if they did i dont want it to lag the gaming. oh and money is kinda tight so preferable under $80 if even getting a decent one is possible with that amount.. any help would be appreciated

It will run you $60. I have deployed many of these switches and they are very solid, and they are rack-mount.

Gigabit is going to cost you quite a bit more.
