Got a buyer who sent me payment for a processor and he has a confirmed paypal address and is a verified buyer.. blah blah

He PMs me and says he forgot to update his address because he is in college and sends me another address.

What should I do?
 
I dont see how this could be an issue, I have the same situation where I am, but I am updating my PP and Ebay confirmed Addresses.
 
Refund. Then tell him to confirm his college address. Then tell him to send the payment again using the newly confirmed address.
That's the only way to get yourself covered.
 
Don't ship it, tell him to send money order or Western Union if he insists on changing the address.
