UPS has killed the second monitor I have sent in for a repair. The first time was with a NEC 2141 and this time it was my FW900 that I sent to Accurate IT.
DON'T SHIP MONITORS THROUGH UPS!!! Fool me once shame on UPS, fool me twice ... you can't fool me twice!! (favorite GW Bush quote

Anyways I've given up on buying refurbished screens as I always find some problem with them, either scratches, dead phosphors, horrible geometry, etc. I'm now in the market to purchase the one thing I never wanted: an LCD. I still cringe after hearing those letters but once you go widescreen you don't go back, so I need one now.
This monitor is for only gaming, I'm looking for a 24" with the fastest response and least input lag possible. I have a budget of around $800. My prime candidate is the Dell 2407.
Any help would be appreaciated.
