Another OCZ ssd crash. Question?

I bought a 90gig ocz vertex 2 right at three weeks ago on a egg special. It is one of the new versions and guess what? Just today, three weeks in, the drive just decided not to show up. No boot, nothing, system does not see it. The question is after cutting out the upc can I rma to Newegg? This will be my last venture with ocz!

What really sucks is I have my rma for the p67 mobo showing up tomorrow and now my hdd is dead, thanks again ocz,

My Agility 1 120GB with 1.6 firmware is still running great a year later. In fact with the 1.6 firmware it's a good 25% faster than the stock firmware.

....of course it's an Indilinx controller.

Yeah man you can RMA it you don't need the box, just the serial in tact on the drive and your receipt/purchase order.

Did you go to the OCZ forums and double check maybe it just needs a flash.

I talked to newegg and they said once you remove the upc you have to rma through ocz so I started the rma process. I did not try and flash the drive but I did get my replacement mobo setup and no go on that board as well.
