Another noob needs help with psu for server build

Im looking for a solid psu for my server build. The main constraint I have is that I will have at least 6 sata HDDs, with the possibility of having as many as 9 as well as least 4 (maybe 5) 120mm fans. Are there any relatively quiet and not too expensive PSUs that have the connectors to handle this without being much more than I need? I will not have any graphics cards, so number of PCI-Es is unimportant. The cpu will be a stock E6600
