I was looking at heater core's to use as my radiator but I am not all that into making or buying a seperate fan shroud, plus trying to get the hose connections attached to it properly. So I think I will get one made for pc water cooling. What are some recommendations. I will be cooling my cpu and 1 7800gt to start, with a 2nd 7800gt added in the next months.
 
If you are looking at overall performance at a cost to silence look at the Xtreme line of BI or if you are looking for silence at a slight cost to performance look into the BI Pro line. The Pro line is made for fans running at 80cfm or lower while the Xtreme shines with higher performing (but generally noisy) 80cfm or higher fans.

On a side note there are some pretty nice prices on the BI Pro series lately due to their new single pass X Flow line coming out. It seems opinions are varied as to the benefits of the increased flow vs the lesser path through the radiator leading to less heat removed from the loop. I have a feeling we will have to wait on some benchmarking tests to see which line (XFlow vs Standard) is better. Both lines however look like they will be moderately priced by comparision to other high end cooling options.

Lastly you could always look into Thermochills PA line but be warned - they tend to be rather pricey.
