What is the best s-ips panel 21-23 inch. If spva LCD's are the one's that fade details in black area's when viewing straight on then s-ips is what I want. If I have this backwards please let me know.

Widescreen, 16:9 or 16:10.
So all 21 or 22's are spva now? I just can't deal with the lack of detail in dark area's and don't have the horse power to push 1920 rez on a 24inch.
