Budget? $800. Cheaper is better. If something is just a bit over my budget but provides noticeable performance gains, then we can add it.
Which parts you need within that budget? CPU, RAM, GPU, MB, Disk Drive, Hard Drive, PSU
What the system is going to be used for? Gaming @ 1920x1200 and general multimedia use.
All of the components that you already have and/or are planning on reusing? I have a full tower case ready to go.
Which components you are considering getting I'm thinking AMD phenom II X2 or X4 based system.
Will you be overclocking? No, but having that ability available would be nice.
When do you plan on building/buying the PC? ASAP
Where do you live? US, Washington State

So- new rig. Again. This will be the last time for awhile. Before I hit the Egg, thought I should get opinions here first. Doing my best to find the absolute best performance for my money. Crossfire is something I MIGHT try in the future, so a board that supports x16 in crossfire would be great, but not critical. I'm thinking the core will be a AMD X2/X4 coupled with a 4890 or 4870. Cheap DDR2 perhaps an antec or corsair PSU. Not a fan of modular PSUs. Am I on the right track so far?
