Another First Build ~1600

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming (Diablo 3, Torchlight II, maybe some other games), light photo shop usage, web browsing, work.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I haven't set a hardline budget which is a pretty dangerous thing, the more research I do, the higher my budget gets . I am hoping to be somewhere around the $1600 mark.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc.
CPU, GPU, RAM, MB, Case/Fans/PSU, Hard Drives, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard

6) Will you be overclocking?
No
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I am thinking of picking up one of the 27 inch Korean Monitors so 2650x1600, unless someone convinces me otherwise...

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
In the next 2 weeks

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Not even sure what SLI is (running two video cards?) - won't need that
USB 3.0 would be nice

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, should be able to obtain a legitimate 64bit Windows Copy

11) Additional Considerations
I would like the unit to be relatively quiet. Like everyone always seems to say, I am looking for the best "bang for my buck" and I am willing to pay a little extra if needed. This will be my first build ever so not sure if I am missing things. I have been doing some research and am basing my build mostly off what other peoples builds.
Also I am unsure if I am getting carried away with my build based off the requirements I have specified. I don't anticipate running cutting edge graphic intensive games on the absolute highest settings. But I would like a large monitor and would need a graphics card to support it.

Gots to go to dinner so can't go too much in depth but a few things off the bat:
- No need to go with the Core i5 3570K since you're not overclocking. You'll be fine with the Core i5 2450.

- From your answer to question 9, that motherboard appears to be overkill for your needs.

- SSD wise, you want to look at the Crucial M4, Samsung 830,Plextor m3, or Intel 520 series.

- PSU wise, look at the Seasonic X-650 if you want something really quiet.

Ok at $210, that 3570K is now a good deal. Nice find.

SSD wise, in terms of bang for the buck, this SSD would be your best bet:
$121 - Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SSD

HDD wise, that drive is fine if it's mainly for data storage.

PSU wise, like I said earlier, if you want a really quiet PSU, I definitely recommend the Seasonic X-650:
$145 - Seasonic X650 Gold 650W Modular PSU

If you want a more budget option, I recommend this (but can't guarantee quiet):
$75 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU
