Another Fan Controller Question

Hey,
I have two 120mm fans high CFM fans, one being a Delta. The fans have only the 4-pin molex connecter. However, I can't seem to find any fan controllers where you can simply plug in the 4-pin molex connecter. I only see the 3-pin connecter Fan Controllers...
So what should I do? Can someone recommend the fan controller I am seeking?
