I've been having several issues with getting all 12GB of memory to work with my X58 setup. After some long-deserved troubleshooting I found I had a bad module. Everything was working fine with 6GB for the past several days, system chugging along perfectly. Then last night I started noticing that IntelBurnTest runs would fail after ~20 runs where it normally would not. Dropped the CPU multiplier, ran again. This time, failure after only a couple. Started running Prime95 runs. First run I had round-off failures after 9 minutes. Not even close to overheating. Dropped BCLK, ran Prime95 and this time round-off failures in a couple minutes. A couple reboots, BCLK and voltage tweaks later I was back to the exact settings I was at previously (which was running solid before). But now, Prime95 fails round-off within seconds of starting. Then the system BSODs and I only get 4GB of memory on boot. I swap around some modules and poof... ANOTHER module will not allow me to POST.
Long story short... in less than 2 months I have had two of my 6 OCZ memory modules fail on me. Nice quality control there...
