I've run a complete scan and deep scan with AdAware and Spybot, run CWshredder...


It's the damned errorplace Hijacker.

Also... My Firefox will not work from the default "program files" location, even if I uninstall and reinstall. I have to run it from another location. Any Ideas?
 
That is a pretty large hijackthis log.
I would say that you should take the entries, one at a time, and do a Google search on them. I would also say that you can live without a bunch of them, even if they aren't the cause of your present problem...although at least one is.


A clean machine is a mean machine. ;)

Your hijack is named clearsearch. It is connected with IETie.dll which shows up in your log.
