Also, has anyone tried downloading DDU recently? I went to their website to download the latest version and Kaspersky said it found a Trojan inside it when I extracted and ran the .exe.

Wondering what is going on with that?? Wagnardsoft got infected somehow perhaps?

False positive.
 
Oh, I finally pinpointed the rubber banding I got from my videos during encoding and it was due to this driver. If anyone else encodes a lot and you find that the output randomly loses audio sync, this is why. I swapped back to *.33 and the rubber banding is gone however the crappy flicker is back. Thank gawd for RTSS, which I use to prevent rogue apps from calling for hw acceleration. The trade off was worth it to prevent the encoding issues though.
