I have a few questions and i think this is the best area of the forums to ask since I see some of you do some 3d modeling/animating.

I am going to graduate high school this year and was hoping to get into either 3d special effects for movies or commercials, or maybe even for the game industry since it seems the skills needed are pretty similar. I was wondering what I should take in college to achieve this, i tried doing research but its pretty limited. For example I found this degree at Cogswell Poly http://www.cogswell.edu/upload/Attachment/136-daeDegreePlan091605.pdf
but since its more of a trade school that is not a traditional major/minor type of degree. What majors / minors should I take to achieve the same goal with a more traditional school? Any help / advice would be helpful.
