Hi,
I have a question regarding to android and windows server. I have a samsung tablet with android 4.4. I also have windows server 2012r2. Can I make the tablet a member of the domain server 2012r2 as if it is a windows client?

No. The best you can probably do is RDP into a system connected to the domain.
