Android Tablets -- whats out there?

Looking into the emerging tablet market, and I want to go Android. Does anyone have an Android-based tablet out there? I'm looking for a slim device that will enable me to be productive on the go and catch movies/games as well.
 
Archos 5 Internet Touch Tablet is about $250 for the 8 GB model with GPS and Bluetooth.
 
I think the upcoming WePad sounds impressive, but if you live in the USA it is still uncertain if it will be released there. The launch date looks to be early July as of right now.
 
The Notion Ink Adam looks impressive on youtube, but AFAIK there's no release date yet.
