It is always nice to be acknowledged by ones peers. That is yet another milestone for this month. Some others include turning 44 this coming Saturday, and hitting the 1,000 mile mark in my bicycling regimen, something I started back in September.

I will post a badge as soon as it reflects the 10 million mark with those two pretty [H] symbols. It might take a few days though. My team score has always been a little behind my total score because I was solo for a month before I joined the [H] team for UD.

Thanks again for the recognition! :cool:

I have been doing the DC thing with UD for 5 years. I started with two or three PCs, and now it has grown into 16 that run 24x7 and my two kids computers that run as often as I can get away with it.

Honestly, I never figured on being number 1 for our team or any other. I got into it for purely philanthropic reasons, but after joining the [H]orde, the competetive aspect added a little more fun to it. When Amy (Mrs. Relic I believe) started her farm and shot straight to the top, I never thought I would catch her. Then one dark and stormy day, her farm started to dwindle away, until it was gone. Even after that, it took almost two years to catch her numbers!

So, there you are. My DC efforts for the [H]orde in a nutshell. ;)

By the time I even realized it was a girl, my a$$ was already so kicked, it took the aforementioned 2 years to catch up! It is never easy being so totally PWN'd, but you have to respect the computing power it represented, man or woman! :eek:
 
I don't know Amy and I wasn't around if she ever posted on [H], and I was never much into UD but at some point in the past everyone on the team knew who she was and what she did and I can tell you that everyone respected the heck out of her for her contributions. She was a monster at UD, man or women it doesn't matter she did a lot and deserved all the respect she got. If you're going to get your butt kicked by a women she's a good one to get it kicked by. Heck, she made Relic a husband, she's gotta be tough as nails. :)

I actually thought it was supposed to be two RED [H] symbols, but that was from something I saw at the [H]ardFolding site awhile back. Personally, I would not mind seeing an animated nuclear explosion, complete with burgeoning mushroom clould, but I know that could be a bit of a challenge. ;)
