Either the benchmarks live up to the hype and they fumbled by not lifting the NDA earlier or they aren't as good and AMD is trying to hide it.

So disappointed to find out it's the latter. So far all the gaming benchmarks I'm seeing on the 1800X show it below the 7700k even though the 7700k is only $300....

Yea that's why I just cancelled. I wanted it to be a LOT closer in performance for gaming. It simply fell flat on that front. Maybe next time Ryzen! I hope you SHINE!!!!
