working on a different system, had to hotflash a bios after a bad update. used exact board etc, now i have the problem of my board seeing an ata100 hd (80 gig wd) as an ata33, any ideas, i don't think i messed up the cable in the reinstall cause i can set it to ata100 in win xp and it works fine. just wondering if anyone had this and what it could be, maybe i changed a bios setting when i reset cmos
oh yeah, the board is an nf7 v2.0
 
blah nevermind, in my tiredness (pulled an all nighter fixing three systems) i didn't think to try a spare cable, boom all problems solved
