Hey all,
So I currently have a pair of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers hooked up to my television through a cheap DAC (ie. digital output on TV ---> DAC ---> Promedias). The setup is fine for my needs, but I was wondering if there would be a way to have remote volume control. I have looked for a DAC / Amp that does volume control but either they are obscenely expensive (ie. $300+, in which case I might as well just buy a new system), or the DAC / AMP has no remote.
I basically just need some pass through Preamp or DAC or extension that I can control volume with. Ie. something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Stereo-Extension-Volume-Control-Switch/dp/B004GIFBM4 but with a remote.
Any suggestions?
