An7 Overclocking And Dual Ram

Ok..i have the an7 abit motherboard, with a 2400+, and 2x512 of pc3200 OCZ ram..I can fully boot it at 11x200 at 2200mhz with 1 ram chip in..not too stable, reboots while loading windows etc..but if i stick the other ram chip in..wont boot..stock settings for this cpu is 15x133..boots fine with both ram chips in..if i oc'd it at ALL with both ram chips in, it wont boot for some reason, but the moment i yank out that second ram chip it boots..is this normal? does dual channeling not support overclocking? or is there a setting im not changing in the bios? OCZ ram is made for overclocking..so it should handle the 200mhz since its pc3200 to begin with...HELP!
 
Hvae you tested each module individually with MemTest86 to make sure they're both 100% good? I would do that and see if that's maybe the problem. I have heard rumors about moving to dual channel making overclocking harder, but that might be something that is just a fluke that is corrected by updating your bios.
