AN35 problems

Okay, so when I first got my Shuttle AN35N Ultra and set up everything it gave me problems with auto settings, tried making the CPU read as 600mhz and XP install always locked up, I manually set the FSB and multi in the BIOS and it works fine, but now when I try to overclock it, if I set the FSB above 200mhz, it ignores my forced settings and reverts to the 600mhz thing, any suggestions? (Btw, I already checked and I have the latest BIOS version)
