Fixed ;)

I bought this psu in think in February. It was the non SE version, and a few months after using it the mobo connector burnt and melted. I sent it back for an RMA, and they said it wasnt their fault, and I think that was true becuase asus didnt charge me to repair the board. Even though the power supply would work with the burnt connector, they sent me a new SE one anyway. So their tech support is really good. As for the ps, using an oc'd 3200+ with 4 hard drive and an oc'd 6800gt, the thing would never drop below 12.02 on the +12 rail, even during stress testing. Its pretty quiet, and I'm really happy with it.

did u read the sticky?

and i was kidding about saying it was only directed towards Ice Czar. :)

Pc Power and Cooling always have awsome feedback, you should look into that and agian the sticky

And thank you as well. It was a good review..

no it wasn't, that review sucked. It doesn't include load testing under controlled environment, no noise testing, ripple testing, efficiency testing, overvolt protection, or testing with a scope. There are really only 4 or 5 good sites on the entier internet which you can trust for a psu review that do it right, www.silentpcreview.com being one of them. I can't remember the others off the top of my head but Ice Czar mentions them everywhere and I'm sure he'll chime in here soon.

That psu really isn't that great, I wouldn't personally ever use it under any circumstances in my rig, but then, I do have a pc power and cooling 510 deluxe, so I may be a little spoiled. But in all seriousness, I would look into something like an antec neopower, pcp&c 510 deluxe or 425 deluxe, or a zippy/emacs 500, 550 or 700w model, antec 550 EPSV12V or a fortron 550 EPS12v model. Those are pretty much the only ones I'd consider for my system.

Or you could just read the sticky at the top, notice that Aerocool is at the stay away from list, and pick out a good psu that was on the reccomended list. :)

God I hope that isnt for me :p
I dont know alot about the AeroCools
though my first thought is damn those are the same blue connectors that Fortron uses

and that as limited as that review is, the rail fluctuation while in spec is also indicative

I'll see what I can definatively find out ;)
