An odd question

This is probably a question you guys don't get too often. I have an old(er) CRT. A Viewsonic A90f+, I replaced it with a Samsung 205BW since it was giving me the pink screen where the cable is pretty much garbage. I want to replace the cable so I can go dual monitor if possible but the cable its built into the monitor through this weird block. Anybody have suggestions?
 
i think if the cable is built in you cant replace it. maybe if you take it somewhere but i dunno. i also have a crt like that. dell p992. dual display with my dell 1800fp lol oldschool.
