The raid controller on my motherboard died. If I buy a new motherboard of the same model, can I set up the array with the same parameters and still have all my data?
 
You shouldn't need to set it up beyond just enabling the RAID BIOS -- it should auto-detect it once RAID is enabled. Recreating the RAID could in some cases wipe your data with a fresh empty array.

Implementation details and state and luck vary though, so there are no guarantees. In some cases you may have to re-define the array (in Windows) to get it working again.
