Quick question, I have 8gb of Corsair Ram. 2x4. All ram slots on my board are filled. Is this bad for overclocking? It seems most people use 2x2 or 1x4 to get a total of 4gb ram. I was just wondering.

it can effect your max overclocks and require you to throw more voltage at the northbridge.. so sure it could be bad for overclocking.. but really depends on how high you want to go.. its a known problem with pre-i7/i5 processors for intel and for pre-phenom II/athlon II processors for AMD...
