Im looking to get a better cooling solution for my AMD64 3200+, The CPU with the current fan runs around 36°C while doing basic things but can shoot up to 47°C when im gaming. I honestly don't know if this is to hot or just "ok" but Im looking for a solution that would keep it at an average of below 40°C.

I do not overclock or anything, just like to have a nice cool running PC. I do like to OC my Videocards though so a watercooling solution with a GPU block would be a plus.

Thanks for the Help. ^_^

that's not too bad. what heatsink you got on there, the stock one? if you wanna go water cooling, get a danger den rbx or something

Im currently using a Cooler Master, I don't remember the actual name but I was told its just a bit better then Stock.

Your temp under load is excellent. You don't need to change your heatsink.
