Hi,ive got Ocz pc4000 dual channel kit 1024mb Vx that are supposed to do 2-2-2-8 500mhz at 3.3v but each time i set those things,i get lockup or other funky shit. I was wondering if the fsb/ram ratio(curently 1:1) i read about goes both ways(meaning if i set dram at 250mhz(abit mobo setting at ddr500),my amd x2 will run at 250mhz "fsb") that would explain the lockups(cuz 4400+=11x200) and 11x250=2750 would fuxor the system.

You are correct. Try using the 10x or 9x cpu multi and see if that helps. (10 x 250 =2500) (9 x 250 =2250) Not sure if your cpu can do 2500, but it can definately do 2250.
