amd64 3200+ overclocking tips

i'm looking to buy a new 90nm 3200+ and overclock it.
my current ram is corsair twinx runs at ddr440mhz at 2-2-2-3, since I never overclocked a AMD 64, how far will I be able to push the 3200+ with my current ram ? And last question :), what's the best motherboard with AGP for the AMD64

had a quick look over that thread and it looks like it's the same devider as the Intel chipset for 865/875
