Amd x2 5600+, Worth OC ?

I would like to bump lil bit my CPU like to 3 or 3.2.

Since Amd Stock Cooler Suck, I will get a Cheap One, not like these TRUE @ 70$

which Cooler should I get ? I there anyway I can Fuck up my CPU By Ocing it ?

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro is a pretty good budget cooler which will allow you to do a bit of overclocking. Went from 2.1Ghz to 3.0 with my Brisbane using that heatsink.
