AMD Vision Control Center Issue

I have a built in AMD/ATi 4250HD on one of spare laptops, and for some reason everytime it boots into windows 7 a error message pops up saying Vision Control Center has stopped working and it tries to fix it, but always fails. I was told that I don't need it, so I figured I would just uninstall it, but not only can I not find it in the add/remove programs list, but I can't find it thru Revo Uninstaller Pro either.

So how the hell do I remove it so it stops erroring out everytime i log into windows. It's very annoying, obviously its not having any effect on my laptop but that error message everytime just annoys the shit outta me ! so if someone could tell me how to remove it or fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks :D
