So I know that people have hit 3.2 on stock air cooler, I seem to have a difficulty doing it.

I'm running stable at 2.9GHz stock voltage. I bumped it upto 3GHz (15x) and it'll start and run prime 95 then about 4 minutes into it it'll hardlock. I tried bumping up the voltage to 1.3125 and it bluescreened at the login, Should I keep jumping up voltage to maybe 1.3250 and higher?
