AMD OverDrive lockups

Everything I do in AMD OverDrive locks up the computer...
I can run auto clock but it locks up at about 208MHz from default of 200MHz...
if i drop the multiplier it locks... if i raise the multiplier it locks... tried raising voltage by almost nothing just to see what it would do... it locked... any thoughts?
temp is running average 27C...
bios is up-to-date...
system config is in my signature
 
well i dont know whats up with this app but it sucks...
i have my multiplier up to 13.5 now and running stable so far as i can see... i had to raise it in the bios though... i actually did a test just to see what would happen with all bios settings on default i went into overdrive to check temperatures and hit the ok button to apply changes(there were none) and the system locked... so i think ill just avoid that program for the time being...
 
thought id also add that im now running 7 s-flex E 120mm fan in my p180b and even with the OC my idle temps are around 29C
 
aod locks up my msi k9a2cf board but not until i push past 290mhz. one mhz beyond 290 and it freezes up my system even though the rig is prime 255 and real time hdr demo stable past 7 hours.
