Just thought this would be helpful to those who run into the annoying overscan issue with AMD cards. So I've read up the solution was to go into CCC and move the overscan slider until the image fit the screen. The problem with this was that my image ended up becoming slightly pixelated. Yes it made it fit, but it still wasn't right...

Solution : Forget that slider, and go to

My Digital Flat-Panels >> Pixel Format >> RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (full RBG)

My overscan issues are gone entirely. :D
 
That doesn't really work for 768p overscan.
Actually nothing really works directly for me, other than grabbing a dvi => hdmi converter.

And i care about 768p because my setup isn't always able to run 1080p at proper speeds :p
