Hi all,
I am having problems with the drivers constantly failing and recovering. I am running the latest ones 8.1. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers many times. I do driver cleaning in between the installs to no avail. I still get the same bs that my driver has failed and has recovered successfully. Anyone know why? I don't even have it oc'd and I have a aftermarket cooler to make sure the temps aren't high. I get the driver failure at any given time, and it usually leads to a BSOD. The only thing I haven't tried is running my processor and memory at default. Do you think this will help if i did run them at stock?
My system specs for reference (also in my sig):
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 OC @ 3.15ghz 450x7 1.36vcore stable under orthos for 24hrs
Corsair Twinx DHXC5 @ 850mhz 4-4-4-12 2.1v memtested and perfectly stable
Asus P5N-E SLi
Sapphire ATi HD 3870 stock clock with Aceelero S1 and turbo module
Hitachi 7k250 160gb IDE, Samsung 160gb IDE, Hitachi 7k500 500gb Sata
Vista ultimate 32-bit
750watt psu
Please any help would be appreciated. I am really tired of playing a game and the error message popping up or a BSOD out of the blue. No pun intended.
