AMD APUs and Emulators

How well would you guys say an AMD A6-6400K would work with a Dolphin/PCSX2? Curious how well it would work with it.

I'm guessing with Dolphin it would work fine. Probably same situation with PCSX2 although the GPU may fall a bit short of providing you with super visuals.

I have a fx-4100 with a R7770 and both dolphin and pcsx2 run everything at full speed. you should be good.

Fx-4100 is quite a bit quicker though, and the A6-6400k is only dual core.. Yours is Quad.

Dolphin and PCSX2 are still only dual core apps, even then they tend to lean heavily on one core. So.. quad vs. dual doesn't matter much, it's the single threaded performance that's important really.
