AMD and Nvidia 3 monitors

I have a radeon 4850 and a geforce 8800gts and I was wondering if I could use them to run 3 displays?
I wouldnt game on it but just use it for workspace.
So the radeon would be the primary and the geforce the secondary.

That will work fine as long as you're using either Windows XP or Windows 7.

you mean vista or windows 7.. windows xp does not like running different display drivers..

From everything I have ever heard, it is Vista that absolutely will not run different display drivers. WinXP and Win7 do that just fine (Nvidia was making it difficult in Win7, but that was an Nvidia issue, not a Win7 issue).

then i want to know how to do it in XP because XP refuses to allow me to install nvidia and ATI drivers because one or the other over writes a file each one needs..

Is your Xp updated to service pack3 when I ran diff drivers it asked if I wanted to overwrite a file and I checked no and it worked.

No, I mean XP or Windows 7. Windows XP (XPDM) and Windows 7 (WDDM 1.1) support multiple display drivers.

Windows Vista can't load multiple drivers at the same time, period. WDDM 1.0 does not allow it.
