AMD 6570 vs 7750?

I'm looking for something low powered, low noise and low heat. Speed does not matter.

I know there is a generational difference between these, but does anyone know which takes less power or is more efficient?
 
At idle they're about the same, the 7750 may even draw a bit less. Under maximum load the 7750 draws a smidge more power but gains about 3x the performance. A bigger issue really is the 6570 is still about 50 -60 bucks cheaper than a 7750, and if "performance doesn't matter" it's a better choice. I run one in my main rig since I don't game often, and when I do it's on a 1280x1024 monitor, so it works fine. Despite the small fan which in the past were kind of annoying, the one on my sapphire card can almost never be heard unless under heavy load in gaming, and then it's rather polite in volume and tone.
