Do they overclock well?

I plan on purchasing an ASUS K8N-E Deluxe with an AMD 64 3000+(2ghz) with a thermal right heatsink. Also using Corsair XMS DDR PC3200LL 512MB. How well will this setup overclock? I would like to get it to at least 2.4 or so if possible. How well have your results been?

If this setup sucks at overclocking, im just gunna go with ic7-g and p4 2.8c...
