Hi,
I'm reading the Overclocking guide and I'm wondering what my 4800+'s FSB is.
newegg is listing the HT=1000, it's dual core, so /2=500 and they're dual pumped so is it 250MHZ? or did I miss something?

Cheers

at 250x4 HTT you would be right back at stock of 1000. But if you left it at 5, you would be at 1200. Some boards can handle it others can't. But I run 300x4 on my DFI with OPteron 165.

Thanks, what I actually meant to ask was wether my deduction that my FSB really is 250MHZ. Sounds like it is.
I haven't even gotten to the part where I understand how to OC yet :)
I'm running this on an Asus A8N32-SLI deluxe.

cheers

On 939 motherboards, the HTT is usually x5 so 200x5 ;)
