AMD 2800+ barton

Can't really say exactly how high you should get , though I've had my 2800 up to 2.4ghz before so they can get up there.
 
i think the maximum clock for the XP 2800 Barton is 3.0 Ghz, but good luck getting your cpu up to there.
 
sorry about the wait, probably in your motherboard's BIOS. change the FSB and the multiplier and don't set it on anything too high for the cooling you're using.
