AMD 13.9 driver for windows 8.1

Hi,

Well i upgraded to windows 8.1 and had to install the latest driver... so far all good.. everything is fast.. until i start playing games... ahh man..!!!

initally all good, but then eg

League of legends.. when you destroy a tower, the whole area wround the tower in a square changes color..

also in bf3 when stuff blows up similar effect as league of legends


i am impressed as it appears AMD didnt actualy test this driver properly.. sure hope a fix comes soon.. anyone else notice this..

PS - no need to comment on win8.1, i read the other forums sections here as well.. its my main os, and no i dont have my win7 discs anymore and dont want to use it as my os no more!!.. just straight up windows 8.1

no thanks, i am happy with windows 8 on the whole and use many of its features..

thats not the point.. i dont want to go backwards.. just wondering if others who are on 8 have the same problem.

Don't play League of Legends, but I play a lot of other games with Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. Haven't tried the 13.9 drivers, since 8.1 was just released and newer driver was available, but I am using this one which works very well in Win 8.1 :

ahh, my programs just got patched.. the games got patched and its all good now


dam is it fast now and a few extra fps in game..
