Ambient Temp increase with 6800 gt/ultra

Just wondering if anyone experienced ambient temperature increases when you installed one of the new 6800 GT or Ultra cards. Include what card you are going from also. I am going from an abit geforce4 ti4200 that has OTES (Outside Thermal Exhaust System). Probably looking at the gt as of right now...
