So much win on that list. Just burnt my play money for the month on my daughter's birthday. Maybe she'll just like some sticks instead.

There are a lot of good deals on there... Makes me wish I didn't have to pay taxes on Amazon in Texas..

why is it always what you don't need is on sale and what you need is never on sale.

Anyone have any experience with the Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB? I haven't jumped into the SSD space yet, but I'm looking for a boost for a 3-year-old rig and $60 is a good price point.

That's how it usually goes, but I've been in the market for a powerline networking kit. So I got lucky on this one and picked up the trendnet kit.

Thanks for the post!

Dammit, you mean I had to take apart my 3TB's enclosure for nothing, and waste 10 bucks? Booooo.

Or bad? I'd like to know either way.

We use viewsonics at work. Mostly because they're the cheapest available so that's what the military uses. Anyways, I've never had a problem with even one em sans some idiot throwing it off a shelf.

This is bad why? It's what I ran my RAM in my last 2 builds at with no issues?

Beyond Intel spec for Sandy and Ivy. It probably isn't going to instantly smoke anything but seeing that overvolting/overclocking ram on those platforms yields pretty much nothing it's not worth a risk.

bah looks like i missed the deal on 3TB Seagate, I really wish HDD price would drop. Its pretty much to the point where I would rather buy an SSD raid and turn my current OS HDD into storage drives, instead of forking $100s over on a new 2 or 3TB...

Yea I was getting desperate and just pulled the trigger on the WD 2 days before the Seagate, luckily it didn't ship and I got in on that Seagate. The lowest price for the 3tb on amazon was $123 on September 11, 2011  Damn those HDD makers!
