PS don't always run at their max capacity?

What's a reasonable idle for a standard sys: 2 drives, 2.5G P4, vidcard... the fans are pretty well rated.
 
In the above sticky, read here before posting recomend me a psu thead thing... go to that it has a link that will help you calculate the estimated load on the psu. Off the top of my head I would say go for a good 350 because thats what im getting lol.
